I stopped off at Burger King after work to grab breakfast for myself and my coworker, and I have to say, the young woman working the register that morning truly went above and beyond. I didn’t catch her name, but she had tattoos which made her easy to remember. From the moment I walked up, her customer service was outstanding she was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful with me and every other customer in line.
What really stood out was what happened after I placed my order. On my way out, I noticed an older gentleman who was clearly down on his luck. I decided to come back inside and purchase him a sandwich and coffee, because everyone deserves a meal in the morning. Since I was short on time and had to leave, I explained the situation to her. Without hesitation, she made sure he got his food and coffee, treating him with genuine kindness and respect.
It may sound small, but that moment showed true compassion and professionalism. She didn’t just “do her job,” she went out of her way to make sure someone in need was taken care of. Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service this genuine not just in fast food, but anywhere.
She turned what could have been a simple breakfast stop into a memorable and positive experience that stuck with me for the rest of the day. Employees like her are rare, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized for the way she represents Burger King. Thank you to her for going above and beyond I hope management sees the value she brings to your team.

I had a truly awful experience here. The food left much to be desired, and I genuinely worried about my health afterward. The service was incredibly lacking, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and uninviting. If it were possible to give zero stars, I certainly would. It’s a place I’d recommend avoiding at all costs.

Don't come here if you want good food then coming here for years and it seems like they only always have two workers and it takes 20 minutes to make a Whopper on top of that they can't even make the Whopper right when ordered with no lettuce no pickle and keep an eye out cuz they might just hang your food out to somebody else

Employees are rude. Restaurant doesn't accept app orders or coupons which is unbelievable to me. Prices are much higher than the location near my house here in Summerlin(still vegas). A whopper meal is $9.69 near my house, here it was $12.96... eff this place! Get it together bk!
