The cashier was nice i asked for a lettuce wrap burger only they said they only have chopped lettuce. i said that was fine and to just put it in top and bottom no worries i can just eat it with a fork…the lady on the cooking line barks back saying “imma make it how i make it with a bun” im told the cashier it seemed like the cook had a attitude and just left without ordering. No a place i would go back to. I got the taco place next door and the people there were nice respectful little slow but hey they seemed under staffed.

I can see from previous reviews that "hurry up and wait" is a common theme at this particular Burger King. I can't understand how 3 people find it so overwhelming to put together 4 orders. I walked in, there was no line. The young girl behind the counter was putting together an order, and glanced over at me and didn't say a word. Waited another couple of minutes, she looked over again, and said nothing. I get you're busy, but customer service dictates that a "Be right with you." is in order. At this point, I'm becoming annoyed. My husband walks in, and I tell him rather loudly that I've been standing here for almost 10 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment from the staff. This girl keeps her back to me, looking at her phone, and talking to the others in the back. FINALLY after 10 minutes, she walks to the register and says with an attitude-"Y'all can order but it's gonna be a minute." No "I'm sorry for keeping you waiting.", nothing. She wasn't even wearing a name tag. I ask how long and she actually tells me she's "not sure because the people in front of you have placed like 4 orders, and we've already finished 2." I'm sorry, how long does it take to put 4 single orders together when there's three of you?? I gave up and walked away extremely annoyed. Do better little girl, and Burger King- hire better people. I get its fast food at a truck stop, but I GUARANTEE you're losing revenue with this crew.

First time here, went through drive thru and told me it was going to be a minute. That was no problem, but if I'm waiting for more than 2 minutes, something's wrong, no one is working the drive thru. How long was I supposed to wait until I can place my order, let alone how long would it have taken me to get my food?! I drove to the one on Las Vegas Blvd and was able to order right away and price for the classic melt was way cheaper, $8 compared to $12 smh...

This burger king needs to close, they are the worst I've ever been too, their food is priced higher because it's a franchised owned and the employees look like they don't want to be there. I went there for the 2 for 5$ whopper Jr deal so I ordered 4 (now I've done this in other burger kings and they honored my 2 orders and charged me the 11 bucks or so, still over priced fr these bite sized burgers ) the cashier charged me almost 23$ for 4 whopper Jr's and when I pointed at the promotional poster at the window he said "naw man that's for something else" so I canceled my order and left. I'm glad half the burger kings are closing and I hope this one is one of them. Nobody should go here unless you wanna pay almost 14$ for a whopper meal.

The cashier was very friendly and welcoming. Service was SLOW. It took me 20+ minutes to order on the inside and get my food at 6pm on a Monday with one couple ahead of me in line. The food was made fresh, but sat under the light due to what looked like a combination of staffing issues and the prep staff moving lackadaisically. Several tables and chairs needed to be wiped down, as well as the floor needed to be swept + mopped. Will not return.

Super slow service everyday. The girl waited on the person in front of us then walked away. We had to wait for the store manager to come out. This is totally ignorant. They should have more employees working.

Worse Burgerking ever. There are no words to express the poor quality of customer service that comes from this place. They need staff so bad and the staff they dude have just plain rude. TA/BURGERKING YOU NEED TO DO BETTER
