Was out late to drop of my wife for a late flight, treated myself to some BK. Forgot to order my drink when I placed the order on the app. Asked to pay for one when I arrived to pick up, staff was courteous enough to comp me the drink!

Rise and shine, Be yourself

This evening we wanted to order drive through. We put the order through, and we're told to proceed to the window for the pick up. The employee open the window and with the rud, disrespectful attitude announced that our order hasn't been done. He told me if I want to repeat the order. Of course I wasn't going to after how he treated us. They have 0 customer service and didn't care about sales.I will not ever buy anything from this company or recommend anyone

The woman working at noon today could not have been more unpleasant. Asking for extra napkins will cause her to accuse you of harassing her. The rude comment that people don’t know how to use the kiosk… excuse me miserable woman but you work there. It’s literally your job. What you are paid to do. If you can’t have any kindness go work somewhere out of the public’s eye. I feel sorry for people as miserable with life as you are. What a way to live. Won’t be back.

Well, the food was bad, but that's not a surprise. It's been a long time since I have eaten breakfast at BK and now I remember why. I'm sure they prepared it correctly, so this is more of a criticism to the floundering chefs at Restaurant Brands. My real complaint is that the soda machines weren't mixing correctly. I used the self-service one and both Diet Coke and Coke Zero had no sweetness. I had them pour me one from the drive-thru, and it had the same issue. This is the sign of a restaurant that just doesn't care. Those machines are expensive, and sodas are profitable, so it's asinine that they wouldn't keep tabs on that.

mozzarella sticks were old and completely dry. The cheese was nonexistent. My dogs didn't even want to eat it. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it tasted like a moth ball. My bf said day crew makes the food better than night crew. Really disappointing when the best thing about your meal is the soda
