Twice at two random occasions I have ordered whoppers from here on my lunch. I go through the drive through then park in the parking lot to eat. Burger is ALWAYS just a room temp situation, NEVER hot. I will stop coming here

I normally go to the one closer to my home or if I'm out I got to this one at night. The night staff are amazing I've never had a problem with my order it's always exactly how I order and if there is a small issue they actually listen and don't blow me off. I went to get breakfast because I wanted the croissants. I provided a code and that first one didn't work no big deal second one I seen that it went through but they said it only showed up as points.
