Yesterday, I went for a burger, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member who served me was rather unwelcoming and barely acknowledged me. The service was quite lacking, and overall, it wasn’t a pleasant visit.

I waited in the Drive-Thru for about 10 to 12 minutes. This is after the cashier had told me he will be alright with me. The truck behind me waited for about 7 or 8 minutes when he backed out and left. I followed suit and backed out and never went back.

These kids are working hard, and they're very kind. Not lightning fast but not slow, and they were nice enough to add an item to my order while I was paying. I wanted to tip them if I'd had cash. *We just finished eating, and honestly that was some of the best food we've gotten from a fast food joint in a long time. The fries were great, crispy and salted. The ingredients on the whoppers were fresh and quality (thick red tomato slices, good bacon pieces, etc..) whoever was working the kitchen did a great job.
Demeanor of the employees is just horrible they sound pissed when you order as if youre disturbing them. Especially the one employee with arm tattoos. Got my order wrong twice back to back same person too.

This location screwed up my family’s order for the last time will never go back in fact it’s my mission to make sure no one goes to this Burger King. I called about 10 times in the last 15min to try and get someone at this location and no answer and no voicemail. I will call my credit card company at this point
