I lived in Japan for a year and have never seen a bakery like this in Vegas and I was excited to try it! I got a melon bread, 2 apple breads and 3 salted salmon onigiri and it tasted exactly like what I ate in Japan. I will definitely be back. Pullman Bread in Spring Valley (southwest Las Vegas) is the best onigiri shop in town. They also make authentic Shokupan (Japanese Milk Bread) on site. It's a very small shop with huge atmosphere. The bansai and sand garden that greets you upon entrance is a motif that continues throughout, and the blend of down tempo J-Pop and Steely Dan (at a comfortable background volume) is in some ways even more Japanese than the food.
