I was in your Palmdale, CA location. I am deaf and read lips. With masks, I obviously can't read lips. I asked the person behind the counter if he could write down what he was saying, after explaining my situation. He looked at me like I had just asked him to do something illegal. This is unacceptable. I asked to speak to the manager. I inquired about diversity training and she said Sharky's doesn't provide that. It seems that they also do not follow ADA rules either.
