They have horrible customer service. I had to call a total of 12 times for the employee to actually answer the phone. She kept picking up the phone & hanging up. When she finally actually answered all she said was Burger King very rudely & when I asked her the question I had she answered very rudely.

Construction or not they always make you park and wait so annoying and I dont feel like driving down to the other BK its still better then the McDonald's across the street at least BK has so far never forgotten an item but still what a headache

At this store i was greeted right away , An employee named Shelsi had great customer service .I was indecisive on what to eat , Shelsi went above and beyond to recommended some of the best meals and desserts. The food was warm , fries were fresh and food was served fast . Thank you

On Thursday morning of October 23rd 2025 at 258am. I ordered my food thru the drive thru at the Burger King on Tropicana and Pecos. But apparently this location had just installed a new operating system but I was unable to add bacon to my sandwich

It really does matter how customers are treated. It matters how you carry yourself and the proffesionalism one shows when any type of situation comes up. The day crew handling an ugly customer very well to the night time ladies who always are the sweetest, this location is the only one I will ever go to. Food got a 4 star because I ordered a Jr whopper without onions and there were onions on it. I think it was a new person , mistakes happen and because of the way this crew worked I was able to just let them know and take it off myself not wanting them to make a whole other one. Attitudes are everything. Luckily this location has great attitudes. Clean place. Friendly workers, good management. Great job. You all deserve a raise.

Ordered online, they had me park despite being the only customer there. I only ordered one kids meal and a whopper. Waited 15 minutes outside before I went inside and ask for my order which was already ready. Chicken nuggets that I got for my son were hard as rocks. Wont be coming here anymore.
