I went to the location on Charleston and Lamb, and Anna had such a high and positive energy - making my whole experience better. Her customer service is outstanding! Such a personable and lovely woman! Truly an asset to the team. :)
I really enjoy going to this Pollo Campero. The manager Ana is super sweet and kind. I remember I was going in to buy lunch/dinner for my family and I got a flat tire. The pollo campero team was very helpful Ana and the store manager and another manager who I believe was the Branch manager helped me change my tire at the parking lot!
