The chicken was decent, but the service was absolutely horrendous. Could not hear the woman at the drive-through. I told her I could not hear her. She kept speaking meekly told her what I wanted, which was the four piece meal with sweet plantains and green beans as I drive away from the Location I find out that I have in place of what I ordered macaroni and cheese and some kind of pinto beans in a sauce. It was mostly sauce. I also asked them for butter or honey for my roll. They said they don't have that and they laughed at me as I drove away, telling me to have a nice day. I guess they knew they were giving me the wrong order, it sucks to live in a country where you cannot understand the people at the drive-through

I ordered at drive thru after they told me to only wait on the side for 10 minutes that turned into 30 minutes and to a surprise the chicken, still raw, looked pink, I recommend them, terrible service!!!

I went to the location on Charleston and Lamb, and Anna had such a high and positive energy - making my whole experience better. Her customer service is outstanding! Such a personable and lovely woman! Truly an asset to the team. :)
The ppl that work here are racist because the way you mistreat ppl ultimately tells all. Every time I come here, I am clear with my order and they act like they understand but when I get my order it's wrong. I order spicy chicken sandwiches and they will give me dry sandwiches. No sauce. Just bread, meat and pickles TF?! I also order empanadas, once again..NO SAUCE! Get your stuff together fr! Next time yall ask me to pull forward I'm not going to do so! I will sit there! That way my order is going to be correct! Straight bs!
