“The food was great. The service not so much. After our server took our order we didn’t see her she didn’t even come when our food came out (poor guy didn’t know who had what). After we received our food she didn’t check on us for at least 30 minutes. We had a large group so gratuity was included in the check, if we could have we would have taken the tip off.“

“Really wonder why this place has such bad reviews. We had a great experience, food was very good, authentic and came out quick and hot. We were in and out in about 45 minutes, which food only took 10/15 minutes to come. Everything was GOOD! Waiters were polite too, one had a bit of a better attitude than the other, but still very nice service. Pupusas are so good here, 10/10, and everything we tried was good as well.“

“Absolutely fantastic! We stumbled upon this place and found it to be exceptional. The inside area is small, but we found comfortable seating, and the bartender and wait staff were very welcoming, friendly, and had excellent drink recommendations. The ambience was fantastic — there was so much to look at. There was live music with a really talented singer, and a few times we even stepped outside on the patio to join the dancing. We were able to order appetizers brought over from the restaurant next door, and though we were really just there for the drinks and the atmosphere, it was convenient to have that option. Highly recommend — would definitely be back!“

“This food is made with LOVE! We ordered 4 papusas with rice and beans on the side. Everything was home made and delicious! The house made hot sauce also great. The lady behind the counter was so sweet and helped me to understand how the papusa is made.“

“We had an amazing time dining at Agave Bar & Grill inside Resorts World Las Vegas, and it was made even better by the incredible service from Cam. From start to finish, Cam made sure we were comfortable, well cared for, and—most importantly—hydrated in that Vegas heat! He was attentive without hovering, warm without being overbearing, and tuned in to every detail.

We especially enjoyed the cauliflower and the ceviche—both were phenomenal. Fresh, flavorful, and plated beautifully. Cam guided us through the menu, shared thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel like VIPs the entire time. He has a true gift for hospitality and it showed in everything he did.

What stood out the most was Cam’s professionalism, timing, and care. He didn’t just serve us—he made the experience feel intentional and elevated. His attention to detail, calm energy, and communication skills are the kind that would shine in any fine dining or luxury hospitality environment. “I ordered last minute for a unexpected family gathering. I ordered more than 60 pupusas. And the girls were so nice taking my order and quick! I picked it all up in less than an hour.
