On March 6th, 2024 at 11:30am, I ordered 2 Texas Double Whoppers in drive-thru. It took 10 minutes to get to the cashier. It took another 5 minutes to get the burgers because she took the wrong order. And no greetings or thank you whatsoever!!

The meat was practically raw, terrible service, they took too long to serve you and the lettuce was black.I do not recommend eating here at all, the staff does not have the minimum hygiene to prepare the food.

I was ordering impossibilie whooper, and my gf spicy chicken. The whooper meat was frozen and hard to eat. This is the worst experience with any fast food in Las Vegas and i live here 6 years. I hope you will fire this people who working there and close this location for good. Don’t eat there . I will call them health department for this.
