There is nothing bad to be said about the young man working the front counter… but the lady in the back was soooooooo rude, the food was pretty gross too. I heard her yelling at the young man. When I asked for the marinara sauce that was forgotten with our mozzarella sticks, I asked him for ketchup too, she ordered him to do something so he asked her to give me the sauce, she looked like she didn’t want to do it but reluctantly handed me the sauce. I told her I need ketchup to which she very rudely responded “you only asked for marinara.” In the rudest possible way. I told her I did not, she handed me the ketchup and sarcastically asked if it was enough. The fries were so dry. But it’s the service for me that was most disgusting. I don’t know who she thought she was talking to… but I’m NOT THE ONE!

Lady here with the gapped teeth needs to be fired. Gave me the hardest time about a water cup for my kid, in which I just needed a cup to pour our water in for him. And yes I did buy there overpriced hamburger

Food is pretty mediocre and bland it isn't the best compared to other Burger Kings. It's also incredibly expensive for such mediocre food which is ridiculous. They also charge you for asking to get extra sauce packets?? They also have really bad customer service like they don't care about anything. If you like eating with the smell of constant smoke as well, you'll love it since it's right next to the smoking casino.

I was in line and I want to get a Buger because it is Buger king and I ordered it and it came cold so I asked the employee to see if they can warm it up and they said no and I saw a dude come out of the kitchen and I saw him use the microwave and I said to him that dude just came out and used the microwave and he said that is doesn’t work and I said it does because I saw and he said no he did not and I wasted my money just for a cold Buger and it was 20 dollars and I just walked out.
