Allē Lounge on 66 offers a fantastic atmosphere with breathtaking views, creating an upscale yet unpretentious ambiance. The food is generally good, with highlights including the tuna crudo, crab cake, and bourbon chicken. However, the service quality can be inconsistent.
While the initial server, Hannah, provided excellent service with a cool, approachable demeanor, a substitute server later on delivered a much poorer experience, leaving customers waiting for long periods without check-ins or necessary items.
Fortunately, the restaurant also employs exceptional servers, such as an attentive Asian woman with a positive vibe and a calm, professional Russian-accented server, who were able to salvage the experience and leave a lasting positive impression. Overall, Allē Lounge on 66 provides a memorable dining experience, particularly when served by their top-notch staff.
