Our first visit to Sinatra was perfect. Service was impeccable for our special event. Cris made sure to take care of us and everything was on point. The food was delicious all the way from the Carpaccio di Manzo, Veal Parmigiano and Lasagna Bolognese to the dessert and French press coffee. Highly recommend for anyone in Vegas celebrating a special occasion.
The Gaja Wine Retrospective dinner at Sinatra's was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The food, the service, the atmosphere, the guests, the stories were truly memorable. Chef paired a food menu to the perfectly match the wide range of Piedmont wines (whites and reds) with great detail and excellent results. GREAT JOB! Had a wonderful dinner for two at Sinatra. Our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. We started with the complimentary bread basket with truffle butter and split a Cesar salad. A refreshing start. Then for our main courses we had the Capriolo (venison) and the Filetro (filet mignonette). Medium rare and so tasty.
