Kusa Nori Reviews
Great experience! Happy hour menu is amazing and try the sparkling sake!
Bianca was fabulous behind the bar with great suggestions on the happy hour menu. Martin is on his way to be a flare bartender!
Amazing!!! I was walking through Resorts World with my family and randomly found Kusa Nori. I knew nothing about it but sushi sounded good. This ended up being one of the best meals I have ever had and I have been fortunate to eat at some of the best restaurants in around the world. Our server John was so great to work with. We started with some of his recommendations and everything was prepared to perfection. The presentation was beautiful and food outstanding.

Kusa Nori offers a fantastic dining experience with exceptional service and a menu featuring delicious rolls, including the Silver State, Rock Shrimp, and KN Hamachi, which are fresh and substantial. Guests have praised the sushi for being amazingly fresh, and the restaurant serves great Espresso Martinis. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a darker interior dining room and outdoor seating that allows for people-watching. Many guests have expressed that the space is beautiful and the vibe is super cool, with a sleek black, gold, and red decor that adds to the ambiance.
The restaurant is known for its outstanding service, with servers providing attentive and friendly assistance, although some reviews mention that there can be long gaps in service. The food ingredients are high quality and very fresh, with favorites including wagyu gyoza, snow crab California roll, miso cod, and pork belly. Guests have enjoyed the unique appetizer, wagyu, and fresh sashimi, often leaving full and satisfied. However, some customers felt that certain dishes, like the vegetable robatayaki, were underwhelming for the price.
The atmosphere is described as chill and sultry, making it a great spot for date nights, though a few have noted that the vibe can occasionally feel off with bright lights and loud music. The Omakase menu was outstanding, with great food and very attentive service. Employees were very friendly and the staff was very accommodating, even modifying wine/sake pairings. The honey do list cocktail was refreshing, and many have praised the sushi and veggie tempura.
The salmon in the salmon roll melted in your mouth, and the miso soup was loaded with tofu and seaweed. Guests have appreciated thoughtful gestures, such as handwritten thank you cards and desserts for celebrations. Overall, Kusa Nori is recognized for its fresh sushi, attractive environment, and attentive staff, making it a recommended spot for special nights out, though some may find certain aspects need improvement.
