It’s an amazing restaurant. Great food, good service, nice value. I did a tasting menu pairing Jose’s way. The only problem was that I didn’t know the menu came with such size that I couldn’t even eat all up. Got too full which almost jeopardized the experience. That being said, I will still recommend others with the tasting menu—just don’t do it alone.
Dietary restrictions: It’s classic Spanish.

This is a nice Spanish place with overall good value! The pricing is good for fine dining, and the service was exceptional, from the beautiful hostess who checked if we had allergies before seating us, to our server Kevin who was fantastic, to the waiters who brought out our food! Kevin was incredibly talented, explaining every detail of the menu items we asked about, making sure all our needs were met, and giving us great recommendations for maximizing our stay.
The only negative was the acoustics in this restaurant sucked, with flat ceilings that caused a lot of crowd noise even though the place was less than half full. Not a good option if you want to have a quiet night out or engage in conversation with your companions.
Overall a great experience because of Kevin and delicious offerings.

Standing outside the restaurant and set my drink down on a table. Manager ran out to throw a hissy fit about using the table. Got this drink at the same restaurant.

Came in twice on a short stay, which says a lot about the quality of food here. With so many options in Vegas, we were happy to have tried this place. The cones were outstanding, the paella delicious, well balanced sangria, every plate memorable.

Watching the craftsmanship of the chefs combined with the seamless marking of each setting between the many courses really made us feel like we were a part on an intricate dance. It was so clear that everyone in the room took immense pride in their work. Though it was our first experience at this level of fine dining and we were a little intimidated, the warmth of the service was immediately palpable as we sat down.
I had originally made this reservation not knowing if it would feel “worth it” but what the hell, it’s Vegas. It was one thousand percent worth it. Not just for the multiple courses of foie gras and caviar but for the sense of fun and creativity combined with the precision and excellence (which should be impossible).
It was our first time, all the other diners we were seated with had visited multiple times, which is telling in & of itself. We hope to return again someday!
Edgar was our waiter, and he was so amazing. The entire staff took amazing care of us.

What an excellent experience! While in town my wife, daughter and I discovered this great place to eat. It’s inside the Cosmopolitan hotel on the third floor, so it’s in a slightly obscure place, but wow, the food and service were excellent. We ordered a variety of dishes to share as starters that included the Pan de Cristal con Tomate (a flat bread with olive oil and tomato), Caña de Cabran (a soft goat’s milk cheese) and the Ensalada da Sandra y Tomate to start. The flat bread was crisp and pleasant on its own with a very fresh tomato topping. The salad was spectacular and very fresh with a combination of sweet watermelon and tomatoes. I enjoyed the cheese, although I could have skipped it for more of the bread and salad.
We also tried the Patatas Bravas, the Croquetas de Pollo, and the Mini Pepito de Ibérico (basically a slider) to round out our meal. Everything tasted great and it was enough for the three of us to feel satisfied without feeling like we overate.
We also tried two desserts, the peach tart and the flan. I have traveled a lot and this flan was the best I’ve ever had! It is the lightest, most flavorful flan and I would come back here just to order it again.
Finally, the service was excellent. Our server (Kevin) was enthusiastic without being bothersome and knew the menu extremely well. He was able to guide us through the menu without trying to influence us to over order.
I would definitely eat here again and next time order a whole flan to take home. :>)
