Even though we were still full from our lunch. We still enjoyed the food very much. Next time we promised ourselves to starve before visiting.

Great service, rushed experience. We went here for NYE and emailed back and forth with the manager. We were told dinner would be ending around midnight so planned for that. Instead, dinner was rushed and ended in under 2 hours for 21 courses. Food was good, just not quite Michelin caliber that we expected. Might have just been an off night with folks wanting to get to their own NYE plans. May try it again on a non holiday.

It was a really fun experience and by far my favorite of Jose Andreas restaurants. We loved watching the chefs prepare individual dishes. I think having just 8 seats really makes a difference in the experience.
There were 21 courses- each about a bite. They were inventive and mostly very tasty. I don’t like goat cheese so they substituted one of the dishes with almond and it was delicious. My husband who had the goat wished he had mine.
As far as pricing, it’s very much in line with his other restaurants’ tasting menu but I think trying 21 tastes is super fun.
Our favorite was the nori taco - we thought that was the most umami flavor. They do a good job with the rib eye as well.

I needed some time to kill and it was almost dinner time when I found out Jaleo has something called 'Sangria Hour', which is their happy hour. It's daily at the bar from 5-7. I got there at about 6:40 and overall, it was a bit empty, and the bar was probably only about half full. I don't think a lot of people know about it because they don't advertise it. Even when I sat down and they gave me the menu, they didn't initially give me the Sangria Hour menu - I had to ask for it. Luckily, I still had enough time to order. I had:
Patatas Bravas (fried potatoes with spicy tomato sauce and aioli) - these were a little basic. It could have used a bit more flavor - maybe more spicyness?
Endibias Con Queso de Cabra y Naranjas (endives with goat cheese, oranges, almonds, roasted garlic dressing) - I normally don't like goat cheese but I really liked this. The oranges were refreshing, and I liked all the different flavors together
Pan con Tomate (toasted bread with fresh tomato) and added Manchego cheese - can't go wrong with tomato bread! I probably could have eaten a few more of these
They also have a few drink specials during Sangria Hour so next time if you're around during this time, check it out but just be sure to ask for the menu!
Loved Jaleo we’ve been to the one in Orlando and now Vegas, great food, amazing drinks!

Our experience at Jaleo in Las Vegas was absolutely amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful server, Nina. She took great care of me and my partner, as well as our friends who are also a couple. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind, warm, and very friendly.
Nina made us feel comfortable and truly welcomed. Her service was excellent, attentive, and full of heart. She has a beautiful, caring personality that made our dinner even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of our table.
If you visit Jaleo, ask for Nina. She is simply outstanding and made our night unforgettable.

We love Jose Andrés restaurants. Unfortunately, this one (Las Vegas Cosmopolitan) did not live up to our other experiences at previous locations. The service was ‘okay’ and the majority of our food choices were ‘good’. But the Paella was so disappointing. It’s his signature fish, it should have been off the charts, but it tasted burnt. We won’t visits it s location again, back to DC next time.

So awful. Service was horrendous, the food was comparable to something you'd get at fast food. Jose Andres had a swing and a miss with this restaurant. So gross.

For LV mediocre food, this was actually good. Average in Spain, but good here in the US. The croquetas were good, meat was really good and el arroz caldoso was fine. The tortilla was fine but was too hot, missing onions and too cooked. The crown goes to la tarta vasca, excellent! The service was really good.

Restaurantji Recommends
While the service at é was commendable, the quality of the food and the ambiance of the private room were disappointing. The dishes, though aesthetically pleasing, were unimpactful, and a recurring issue was that were multiple dishes that were sweet.
Furthermore, the private room was not conducive to an intimate dining experience, as it felt more confined and claustrophobic than private. The total cost of the meal did not align with the underwhelming taste profile and uncomfortable setting.
Ultimately, the high cost of dining at é is not supported by the culinary execution or the quality of the private dining space, making it difficult to recommend.

Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Katherine at the bar was personable, professional and made a mean Manhattan. Can't wait to return!
