Absolutely terrible. Don't go if you're hungry. It's a glorified overpriced appetizer menu. Had to go and get real food after we spent $200.

Latin music surrounds the atmosphere of this place! The foie gras cones are spectacular. Delicious fideuá. Don't forget to take a chamomile to pair it. The flan to finish is excellent for sharing. Good selection of wines. Extraordinary attention. Every time we set foot in Vegas we return to this place, and always top notch.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator and ramps available

This place tucked away in the back of Jaleo is one of the best extravagant, once-in-a-lifetime meals anyone can ask for! Lost count of all the amazing courses and each course was better than the last one! Highly recommend wine pairing to go with this unforgettable dining experience! Service was first class and chefs were able to interact and prepare everything right in front of you in this intimate room.

We used to live in DC and loved Jaleo there. We enjoyed the LV Jaleo equally well. The food and service were excellent. Our best dining experience in LV.

Jaleo was really hopping that night. Great atmosphere. Sat at the bar for a quick break with tomato (one of my favorite bites in the world) the steak with piquillo peppers, the spectacular mushrooms over potato puree and soft egg and a glass of Psi Tempranillo. So good.

Great experience. The chefs take extra care in making sure each plate is explained and enjoyed to the max! Wine pairing is worth the price.

Based on the reputation of this event, I went in with high expectations. But even those expectations were exceeded by such an incredible experience. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with a high level of care and respect. The 21 courses as they're served keep building on each other and just keep shocking you with their taste and care in preparation. Every staff member involved was at the top of their game. The chefs were engaging and took the time to answer every question with a depth of knowledge that was interesting and refreshing. The Somm was incredibly knowledgeable and explained all the wine and drinks as they were prepared and served. As I stated, I went in with high expectations, but those were surpassed. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who is able to get the opportunity to experience.

A brilliantly executed experience by top notch chefs and staff. The food was exceptionally crafted, each course was cooked with excellence and passion. I am jealous of the rich people that eat these meals normally. If I could afford it, I would very much pay for this experience over and over again!

é was great, service was immaculate, the food incredible and raecha and megan the manager were awesome in helping me set this dinner up for my daughter. Absolutely amazing. I will say this, they need to update their dining room to something more fitting of current vegas high end dining. Not a complaint, just an observation. Still 5 stars and the staff was superb.

Great Spanish tapas restaurant on the third floor of the Cosmopolitan. The food was absolutely amazing. Very rich and tasty tapas, and it's always nice to be able to try many things off the menu because they're mostly small plates.

This was the most amazing dinner experience of my life, and I have been to many 1-star Michelin restaurants. The food, service, and decor are all amazing. It is a 26-course Spanish tapas menu, where the food is prepared right in front of you, in a very quick manner, so that the ~two hours just flies by, as there is never a dull moment. The chefs can be talkative and very readily respond to questions. For me, the vibrancy of the place, plus the talkative chefs, made for a perfect dining experience, which was SO MUCH better than any omekase Japanese experience ever (which at least has that same feel of being right there with the chef). If you can afford it, this place is just amazing and worth it!Just FYI: One very minor point that people may or may not care about: There is no bathroom in the restaurant (as this is in the casino), so you have to use the public restroom outside in the lobby area.

This was the most incredible dining experience of my life. My friend reserved the entire room at é and invited me along. I had never had a dining experience like this, so I had nothing to compare it to. My friends who are all much more familiar with fine dining said this is one of their favorites. But for a garlic farmer like me this was just a mind blowing experience.Lovely atmosphere, the service was immaculate, the staff is fun and friendly and willing to answer an inquisitive country mouse like myself’s questions.I am also a vegetarian, allergic to shellfish and don’t drink booze, but the staff did a great job accommodating me (some very tasty mocktails by telling the sommelier I trust his judgement-one was so good my drinking friends stole it and I had to have a fresh mocktail made). The staff would try and whisper how my meal was different from the rest. Eventually we just told them to tell the whole group how my dish was different as they were curious as well. I am gonna be dreaming about that Romensco sauce for years and none of my friends had it so I have no one to talk to about it with, which is the only problem. My only note (but it is still 5 stars for me) is that it is very loud and very difficult to hear the chef or sommelier if you are the person closest to the door. I would say if you have difficulty hearing you really should insist on sitting on the far end as you’ll have a much easier time hearing and the loud music from the main restaurant won’t be as intensely loud. But other than that…PERFECTION. Just absolutely loved experiencing all these different flavor combos by professionals executing masterfully.Vegetarian options: Don’t be afraid to go here even if you are a vegetarian. You will end up with a very truffle heavy meal… but that’s not a bad thing. The staff was so accommodating. I also don’t drink alcohol and they did a great job with drink alternatives for me as well.

This place provided an amazing experience! This little back room in the back of Jaleo (both are owned by the José Andrés Group) seats 12 (maybe 14, I think?) people per seating. When you arrive, they will have you wait at a table and you have the opportunity to order a cocktail (such as one of their excellent gin and tonics). You can chat with your dinner mates as you wait for everyone to arrive. You are then escorted to the room and sat down at bar-style seating surrounding the area where the chefs will prepare your plates in front of you. We opted to get the Spanish wines pairing to go with the food. All in all, there was maybe a dozen small courses - each more fascinating than the next. We had a little fish, a little meat, and some creations that were unheard of (like the tiny PB&J-tasting snacks that were fluffy and made with some crazy "molecular gastronomy" - we even had frozen sangria that looked like Dippin' Dots!). Each plate was a surprise and the chefs were friendly and great about answering questions about the food and how they came up with these things. The whole evening was delightful and, between the food and the wine, I was absolutely full (those little plates add up). Getting a reservation can be difficult - we requested ours through the AmEx concierge service in advance and they were able to get us one. You will spend $$$, but it will be one of the most fun restaurant experiences of your life.
