So far, so bad. We’ve been here for an hour and no service. We’ve approached 2 people and they’ve said they will send over a server. We went and found ourselves a menu and are trying to waive down a server. No luck so far.

We spent the day at the MGM Grand Pool on Saturday, May 28th. We arrived around 9:30am and stayed until 1:30pm. I have never written a review for poolside service but our server Elena was so spectacular, I kept the receipt with her name to ensure I would be able to tout her praises! The atmosphere was live, the music was great, the burger was awesome, there were kids and adults but all meshed very well. You're probably wondering what made Elena a standout? Let me tell you - her energy, spirit, smile, prompt and efficient service, along with always being nearby when you needed (or didn't need) anything really enhanced our time there! Her customer service, friendliness and service was top notch! I hope she is recognized for this review because she deserves it! Thanks Elena for making this a great pool day!

Sean at the Cabana Bar at the Wynn Pool is absolutely not the type of employee usually encountered at the Wynn. Smart remarks from simple questions like “where is the closest place to get towels?” (A: Back where ya came from - *proceeds to walk away*) I was a little shocked at his response. Where is the professionalism? Please at least pretend to like your job - it affects the stay of the guests you encounter.

Empty pool and 3 drinks took 25 minute, we ask the server what happened? The reply was I'm alone because they sent all the other girls because we are about to close in 35 min! Really? 5 star resort?
