A bit pricy for what it is
An amazing lunch especially when taking advantage of the prix fix menu. My service was beyond helpful in selecting and checked in just enough. The atmosphere is so welcoming and being addressed by my name was an amazing touch.
I got the steak tartar (an extra 10 from the menu but worth it) the tuna nicoise salad and a delicious ice cream with fruits (light and refreshing). Cant forget the strawberry afternoon drink.
My friend and I came to Tableau twice during our work stay at Wynn Las Vegas almost entirely because of our incredible service from Stacie. The food itself was decent, but the hospitality bettered the experience for us greatly. Stacie was warm, attentive, genuine, and just one of those people who makes you feel taken care of the second you sit down. She made us feel so welcome and brought such a lovely energy both times we visited.

Customers highly recommend the yogurt granola parfait, açaí bowl, avocado toast, and the Tableau Breakfast, which includes a basket of fresh pastries, fresh juice, and perfectly brewed coffee. The steak and eggs is also an unforgettable dish. The restaurant is a hidden gem and a favorite go-to spot.
