Firstly, I think we all know that it was expensive, so let’s not be shocked at all. Our family rented a cabana one day, so we had a hostess. She brought us food and drinks from here.
For a large virgin strawberry daiquiri it was $19. For the small strawberry daiquiri (with alcohol) is $19 and the large $32. The daiquiris are delicious, we ordered the strawberry, the pink lemonade and the watermelon flavors. In terms of the food, My family members order the chicken burgers, chicken tenders, and the burgers. The fries were just okay, when they just come out they are good, but maybe less than 5 minutes later they get cold and kind of like cardboard.
The burgers looked top tier and they tasted good. The chicken tenders tasted like regular chicken tenders, nothing special. Dare I say the ones from Denny’s are better.
Our hostess did great, and served us super well.
Worst food I got in Vegas lol avoid this place or their food, better to get up and go to the food court.
What a rip off! I ordered the $21 watermelon feta cheese salad and the pre-made container was all lettuce with about five small bite size pieces of watermelon and a pinch of feta cheese.
I had a pretty average experience at Cabana Grill. The setting by the pool was nice, but the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered the turkey club sandwich, which turned out to be cold, bland, and overpriced for what it was. The buffalo tenders and fries were decent, but I wished they were served hot rather than just warm. The cocktails were also quite pricey, and I couldn’t even tell if they had much alcohol in them. Service was okay but nothing special—certainly not the most attentive. It’s a convenient option if you’re lounging by the pool, but there are definitely better places to eat in the area.

We thought since it was the MGM Grand, the food would be good. We had the hot dog (it was just a sausage and dry bread) and the burger, which was absolutely dry and completely tasteless.
The fries were absolute rubbish, as shown in the picture. Every street McDonald's is better than this grill. I would have preferred to give 0 stars.

First and foremost, do not get their turkey club sandwich, it's cold and bland and stale and it's the same price as everything else which is $21
Secondly, they expect you to carry around your photo id to use your room charge or even your own cc. That's a ridiculous policy considering many ppl who aren't Americans and had no need to pack their license with them and certainly won't carry around their passport to the pool.
Thirdly mgm won't let you bring in food even from Starbucks so ?
If you want to eat in your bathingsuit you're forced to eat here but won't be coming back to mgm next time.

Gas station premade sandwiches in plastic containers with really dense hoagie buns (terrible) and extraordinarily priced for what you get. We bought two 32oz cocktails only to find out they were premixed, they tasted ok, but after drinking we couldn't determine if they even contained any alcohol, and they were a ridiculous $32/ea.
THIS PLACE IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. HOURS NOT ACCURATE
We got the buffalo tenders and fries which were really good just wish they were hot and fresh it was warm when I got it.

Asked what time they opened for breakfast the day before & was told 8:30am. Went the next morning (around 9:40), excited to have breakfast by the pool. The bartender was totally disinterested, told us to go to a different area and “get it ourselves since it would be faster.” What a terrible employee, go do it yourself?? I didn’t want to do it myself, I wanted to order breakfast and have it served in nice surroundings. Nope, do it yourself.

Nice place to eat outside while at the mgm
We spent the day at the MGM Grand Pool on Saturday, May 28th. We arrived around 9:30am and stayed until 1:30pm. I have never written a review for poolside service but our server Elena was so spectacular, I kept the receipt with her name to ensure I would be able to tout her praises! The atmosphere was live, the music was great, the burger was awesome, there were kids and adults but all meshed very well. You're probably wondering what made Elena a standout? Let me tell you - her energy, spirit, smile, prompt and efficient service, along with always being nearby when you needed (or didn't need) anything really enhanced our time there! Her customer service, friendliness and service was top notch! I hope she is recognized for this review because she deserves it! Thanks Elena for making this a great pool day!
Not sure if it's a COVID thing or what, but they serve pre-made sandwiches out of a box... Definitely not worth it.
Well, I'm sure it is a nice place but, thanks to the Chinavirus it is not currently open.
