Morimoto Las Vegas offers a sexy atmosphere with fast and friendly service. The sushi platter is really good, and they have great desserts. The Black Cod and duck fried rice were recommended and balanced nicely. The whole fried fish and pork belly appetizer were delicious, with a preference for the hamachi. The cheesecake was light and creamy. The restaurant layout ensures a comfortable dining experience. The Devil's Advocate cocktail was strong and served quickly. The Tuna Pizza was amazing, and the Mixed Greens Salad was huge and fantastic. The Morimoto Kofi Old Fashioned was high quality with a slight cherry flavor. The Tofu Miso soup was piping hot and delicious. The Broiled Chilean Seabass melted in the mouth, and the Blistered Shishito Peppers were bomb. The Strawberry Yamamomo Panna Cotta dessert was delicious, and a free birthday mango sorbet was a nice touch. Overall, the reviewer had arguably the best meal of their life at Morimoto Las Vegas.
