Four of us went for dinner the other night. I was very disappointed in the chicken chimichanga that I ordered. it was filled with rice and beans, some chicken, poblano chilis and the sour cream was inside the chimichanga. There was more rice and beans in the chimichanga than the rice and beans on my plate. The hit sour cream hit appealing. We had ordered the beef tostada salad. There were olives in the salad. Added a saltiness and diminished the flavor of the meat. On the plus side the fried ice cream was good the salsa bar was OK. Very disappointed in the quality of food that we had eaten. Definitely not traditional Mexican or even South American

The food was excellent!! Every bite!! The service was really excellent too!! The only problem I had was the glass for the Margarita was so big and heavy. But the drink delish!! Thank you!!

A solid 4, could be a 5. Excellent food; decent service; not the best. Large portions. Tasty food. Place seemed a tad dirty; restrooms not up to par. Much less smoke than most casinos. Hotel staff -- restaurant is in Boulder Station -- very helpful

Food is great we visited last month and brought people with is this time . I even told people at work that were coming this weekend . I hope he doesn't punch me when we get back to work. The service this time was horrible . Took 45 minutes to get food . We had separate checks and the waiter said your meals will come separate also . So I am thinking a few minutes . 15 minutes later they brought our order and instead of my wife's taco salad she got a taco . The managers response to our displeasure was he told you it was going to come separate . Wow horrible customer service . Loved the food but needless to say I won't be going back or recommending to anyone . It's too bad the service was bad the table next to us had the same problem with separate checks .

The food here is great but with the recent change in management here this past year has hurt the quality of service. The waiters are much slower than before with most of the better quality waiters and waitresses quiting and moving elsewhere. That has hurt the experience of eating at this restuarant. I'll definitely keep eating because of the food but I know everytime I come here the service will either be subpar or just slow and bad.

Update: We just visited the restaurant again. I ordered the Camarones al mojo de ajo, which came in green sauce. Pro tip to the people at Guadalajara: change the name to Camarones en salsa verde. They are great and the sauce is amazing, but they are no Camarones al mojo de ajo. They didn't taste garlicky at all, plus mojo de ajo means a lot of pieces of garlic in the dish, which were nowhere to be seen. New props to the nopales and pineapple salsa in the salsa bar. They are incredible.

I haven't been here in awhile. I went tonight around 4pm or so and was happy. I ordered the Shrimp Chimichanga and was VERY happy with the flavors! The salsa seems different than I remember and I wasn't sold on it, but did enjoy the bean dip they brought out. I was seated right away and my server, Enrique, was outstanding! I loved the Shrimp Chimichanga but the last chimichanga I had was more crispy at a different location. I prefer the crispiness over this one , but the flavor was still outstanding.

My boyfriend and I went here for a quick place to grab food before playing poker on a Monday, and left surprisingly satisfied with our experience. Our server informed us of the 2 for 1 faquitas which were amazing. We were surprised a place at Boulder station had such tasty faquitas, although I can't speak for the other menu selections. The Cadillac margarita was good as well although I'm not entirely certain patron was used or another tequila, but it was more than enough for a quick buzz. The selection at the salsa bar was extensive and delicious as well. Overall a good experience and deserving of 4-5 stars. I only wish I took photos before we started digging in.

Got to check this place out !!! Food is amazing. Portion sizes very filling. You can help your self with the side condiments for your dip how are your chips and salsa. I ordered the chicken salad love the way they grill the chicken mixed with the spinach and chop tomatoes and some texture with some chips.

Very cute and the food was delicious. Not busy this time of day, but we still had fun. Great service and my ceviche was yummy. Their fresh salsa bar deserves a separate praise. What a find!!!
