The Broiler Reviews
I enjoyed my time dancing with the Mz. NIKKi 88.1 🥂Clean atmosphere friendly people. I would recommend everyone to come check out this hotel and casino. Parking lot is safe lit up security all around.
The Salad bar, The Variety of steaks and sides, The classy atmosphere, The incredible service , and tasty desserts. These are all the makings of a great steakhouse and The Broiler has all of them. After playing a few slot machines had an exceptional meal with The Filet mignon at the right ordered temperature. I would also recommend the brownie Sundae and Creme Brulee that I brought home to my mother since she LOVES Creme Brulee. If your in Vegas check out Boulder station and enjoy...read full review

The Broiler offers an exceptional dining experience with a diverse menu, generous portions, and excellent service that leaves guests satisfied. Standout dishes include the salmon, ribeye, and mushroom soup, which has been praised as the best some have ever tasted. The restaurant's beauty and atmosphere create a lovely evening for families, with an old-school Vegas vibe enhanced by intriguing artwork and black & white photos of Golden Hollywood stars. Guests can expect great value for their meals, typically around $41 per person, including tip. The service is superb, with staff that is attentive yet unobtrusive. The chef takes the time to discuss dietary accommodations with guests, ensuring a personalized experience. Diners have enjoyed the rolls, mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad, which is made from scratch. The Broiler is a hidden gem inside the Boulder casino, where the food is excellent, and side dishes are included, making it an ideal choice for steak and seafood lovers. The overall balance of taste, service, ambiance, quality, price, and quantity makes it a definite place to revisit.
