They stole my PayPal money! Including $10 tip... Please never pay on the app or online ! Always on arrival, these people are ruthless, I ordered online, paid on PayPal like a have done for many years... Pizza arrived to my daughter house and they still charged her cash for them. I called the store manager, she was super rude and said that there was no payment for the order, even do I try to gave her the PayPal code for the payment, she didn't want to hear me out...oh well there...read full review
We ordered a pizza (sausage, pepperoni, black olives) and pepperoni cheese sticks. Our food sat in their vehicle for an hour (we were a 5 minute drive from the store). Everything was cold and to top it off, our pizza was not made correctly. It had no meat. We tried to call the store, sat on hold for 30 minutes, and no one ever answered. The problem with the app is that the store doesn’t change how they make things and the employees don’t care that things aren’t right.
Pizza cut into 2” squares and burnt. Crispy thin crust is the worst. Don’t go to the one on Boulder and Sahara.
