I just wanted to leave a review solely because the store manager I spoke with tonight was so kind and awesome when solving the store’s mistakes. I ordered a pan pizza, they were apparently out of pan dough, so the store delivered a thin crust pizza instead (I guess hoping I wouldn’t notice??? Lol). Pizza Hut at 4702 La Fonda Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada offers a mixed experience. While some customers appreciate the kid-friendliness and the delicious pizza, others have faced challenges with ordering. One customer found the website ordering process to be a "nightmare," having to deal with account login issues and a confusing checkout process. The manager was helpful in resolving a problem with a birthday offer. This location has always been prompted in filling their orders. Imo the Big New Yorker is the best choice on their menu, but some customers have to always order them with extra sauce to be satisfied. For pick up, customers may have to wait in line and the venue can get a bit crowded. Delivery has been a disappointment for some, with pizza being overcooked and barely warm, and pasta being dry. The chess garlic sticks were the only thing that was good for one customer.
