We prefer Cafe Zupas for a light lunch while in town. This particular visit was a little slow, looks like they were short handed and the manager was doing most of the initial tasks (taking orders, prepping salads, making sandwiches, etc). She was working hard but the lack of staff really slowed things down.
I love this place but today is lacking. The currly haired gentleman ringing up orders is wearing gloves. Not a bad thing but after taking money he comes back and starts a sandwich order, with the same gloves on. He is now prepping the salad are, again with the same gloves on.He was also much more interested is goofing off then anything else. There are 5 table with dirty dishes on them. The signs for the pumpkin soup are still up and as I was told, it ended yesterday. But...

it was like flavortown in every bite.
