Great Customer Service. The Manager is amazing. She treats you like your old friends. Very Customer friendly.
Very friendly staff in a busy store and my drink was perfect!
This location is really a hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks are too bitter. I feel like for me, 1/3 my drink orders are correctly made. Otherwise, it’s either very bitter or the add ons I pay for aren’t in the drink at all. The Red Rock location and Albertsons Summerlin is way better imo. Not a huge deal but when I’m craving something specific and I don’t get it, it throws me off lol. Again, not a huge deal but just wanted to share.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks are too bitter, and 1/3 drink orders are correctly made. The Red Rock location and Albertsons Summerlin is way better. The cleanliness of the seating area had noticeable crumbs. However, there is lots of parking with handicap access, a restroom, and a neat clean organized interior. Customer service was friendly and efficient with minimal wait. They have breakfast sandwiches, pastries, mugs, package coffee, and travel mugs. Baristas like Malek provided excellent customer service and were very attentive. Another barista, Lena, was a great Barista with amazing service and amazing drinks. A barista named Priscilla was incredibly kind and engaging. Everyone is always so great with amazing customer service and speediness, and the drinks are always on point and delicious.
