Our food did not come out at the same time. Some items were missing. The soda was more water than. The manager came to our table and offered nothing. Would not go back.
Our experience was so terrible that all we could do was laugh. Having a reservation was pointless because we weren't seated until over 20 minutes later, waited another 30 minutes just to meet our waitress (we had to ask a different waitress who our waitress was), and then didn't get our food for over an hour later. The manager seemed frazzled and the entire restaurant was just disorganized and a mess. This restaurant is a prime example of how celebrities try to play off of tourists and give poor service. Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else on the strip.
DO NOT BOTHER!!! Sat down 4 of us. 5 minutes later, no one came to the table. No water, like we were invisible. I would give them 0 stars. We left after being totally ignored. I can spend my hard-earned $ where they value their customers!!!
Breakfast was delicious. I felt there could have been more variety, but overall, what was offered was very good.
Took 35 minutes for us to receive our food after a table of four that was after us received their food and their food was compatible to preparation of ours. We were a party of 2. We never received drink refills. I had to approach the waitress in order to see about the where abouts of our food. I was told that the table that I previously spoke of had a less complicated order which was an unacceptable answer. The manager came over after we finally got our food. The food was old and the pancake was burned. It was not a pleasant experience and what was given as complementary a virgin Bloody Mary on a $90.00 check not including tip.
Very disappointing. Lack of atmosphere, arrogant server and average food. 16 days visiting US and this was the worst meal we had. Service was slow, servers attitude very poor. We requested check and server simply typed into his portable credit card machine and asked for my credit card not even showing me the bill / amount due etc. When I asked to see the bill breakdown before paying he was clearly put out! He then asked me to choose a box to add a tip and was even more put out when I didn't oblige and chose a reduced custom tip. As I said very disappointing.
The All American breakfast was really good. Only problem was my eggs where cooked over easy instead of medium. The sausage was great!!!! Probably one of my top 3 favorite! Make a reservation and you wont be disappointed having to wait in that line!
Wsa a good experience, friendly greeting and prmpt seating, sever was helpful and friendly as well. Provided some good information and took good care of us.. Everything came as ordered and at our pace, would definitely stop in again... Deb and Bill Schmidt
The fact that I could make reservations was a plus. They sat us down right on time. The food was average diner food. The service was solid. It was convenient if you stay at the hotel but it is expensive for what you get. They do not separate the checks which can cause some awkward stares if you have a large party.
Slow service. Seemed understaffed and employees look stressed because they can't keep up with the demand.
