The food is always poor quality at least the grilled chicken as it’s always burnt and they give you lil burnt pieces. Annoying.The lines are always super slow. They are never in sync with one another, it’s almost like they are in the way of each other.The kid at the register was awesome, I think his name is Mike. great attitude, amazing service wish there were kids like him in the assembly line!He is the reason I will be back.

I think the whole crew other quit or got canned. Been there many times a d they have what seems to be a whole new crew running the restaurant. It's okay to have new people but please make sure they have the proper training available. My order has been incorrect the past few times I've gone, and is not the same quality. Bring people from other sister locations if you have to, but make sure they are properly trained. Also, there is a loud fan in there making noise to the point where it is difficult to hear or speak to the people who prepare the food (I also heard another customer stating the same thing while I was there).

We order a burrito and a salad as usual. But this is the first time. They almost put nothing of meat on my food. So I ask the cashier why, and the manager said with a not good attitude that is perfect like that. I said, usually they put more meat. And she ignore me. (The manager). So. One star to this location. ??

Horrible experience!!!Came to pick up ubereats order that should have been ready by the time i got there. They told me they were working on it. Over 10 other customers came in after me and were all taken care of. And they still hadn't started making my order. Ask them why did they do that, and instead of responding to my questions, the manager called security on me.Absolute disgusting behaviorSHAME ON YOU!!!

No meat in pork barbacoa. Complained and worker said, "There is meat" while scraping bottom of container to pull up a few shreds. I asked for a different meat (grilled chicken) and not only given the wrong chicken, but also charged for double meat. Also ordered a salad and the guy gave me green salsa (not salad dressing) - charged $1 for extra salsa (WTH)! Further down the prep line, another worker decides to start scrubbing the line while food in being prepared. She spilled the tub of cleaner, splashing the liquid all over my food and the food in the well. I complained to the worker about the liquid in the food, and he said, "It's okay. It's just water!" He called the cleaner lady over to run the cashier and wrap up the food. No washing hands (which my daughter told me after we left). I told her the liquid she spilled went onto the food. She just looked at me. So I asked for the manager. She yelled at me and said, "The manager is in the bathroom!" She grabbed the covers for the food and covered the food and told me to pay. At that point, I demanded to remove my portion of the order from the bag since I know it had cleaner in it. The salad was further back on the line, and I did not think it got splashed. After paying and leaving, my daughter told me the cashier was also the cleaner and she touched the inside of the lids without washing her hands! I threw the food into the trash! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! Do not go to the Blue Diamond location(store 038)! You will get sick! Host's name is Namibia (per the receipt).

I always keep coming back because I have yet to find a tortilla I like better than a cafe Rio tortilla. However every location I have been to within the last several years is severely lacking in the service department. I ordered a steak salad and they ran out of several of the ingredients while they were constructing my meal. Rather than waiting to have the items refilled or doing it themselves they just dumped what was left in the warmers and moved on skimping me of the meal I payed full price for yet received half a portion of steak. The staff were also incredibly concerned with online orders ignoring the people waiting in line, which I would have taken better if they were friendly or apologized for the long wait time for just 3 people in line.

I have given this location multiple tries and each one has been a disappointment. The chicken is lacking flavor, the quality of the food is sub par, and the service is horrible. Either this location needs to hire more employees or need a new process. I stood there for five minutes waiting to give my order while ONE lady was making multiple online orders.Bottom line: Go to the Las Vegas Blvd. location now the Blue Diamond.
