Not the best Cafe Rio I’ve been to. They were out of steak and the staff could have been a little friendlier. Not a horrible experience but not one where I’d want to go back to that location. Normally I enjoy Cafe Rio.
Not the staffs fault but this restaurant is completely understaffed. There is no management to be seen. Only 1 person putting orders together in line
Service was very slow, staff was overwhelmed with too many orders, staff was having conflicts with each other while serving. But most of all the steak was hard and dry like literally worse than jerky, our steak bowl was completely inedible.
