Usually cafe Rio is totally on point. This visit was not great. But it's hard to say why that was maybe it was a bad day

Has to be the worst cafe Rio in all of vegas. Staff refusing to cook more food ..my bowl missing half of the toppings ordered. I submit my review on the app I didn't even get the offer printed on the receipt.

The staff was incredibly rude and argumentative and nobody else in there was treated this way, they didn’t even greet us as we walked in. We were ordering a chicken burrito and the lady making it didn’t ask if we wanted anything else in the burrito, she just asked if we wanted it enchilada style and then when we told her we wanted pico and sour cream in it she said we didn’t tell her even though it had been repeated twice. Then she started to argue about how she should have been told even though she never asked if we wanted anything else inside the burrito anyway. She proceeds to keep making smart remarks which in turn made my partner argue back because she was being super rude and when my partner told her to just stop talking to her she kept making it a point to say things, including speaking under her breath and talking about us in Spanish even though she didn’t know we understood Spanish. When it was time to check out my partner said that they needed to get a manager to work with the girl making the burrito because her attitude is terrible and the cashier sarcastically said aww sorry… then immediately walks away, I asked for my receipt and she came back with an attitude and just pointed at where it would be and I said I would be calling corporate. They proceeded to laugh on the way out still talking crazy. The area they were making the burritos in also wasn’t too clean and all of the sauces had a film on them from them sitting for a while. I will definitely NOT EVER return to this particular location.

This is my third time ordering food from here. Each time worse than the last. I add exactly what I want in my bowl and pay extra for more items and don’t receive it. It’s like this location don’t sell Elotes cause it was never in any of my past orders. This time the meat looked as if they ran out while making my food nd half my add ins weren’t in my food. Tried to give them a chance over and over but I’ll rather order from a location thats farther and see if they’ll get my order right.

Bowl was valued at $13 and this is the food. Ordered extra chicken, however, even after paying an additional $2 for extra chicken, I still only had about 7 pieces of chicken and mostly rice and beans. Food was good but portion was not generous.

I am upset at the performance of their loyalty program. When they offer 3x points to encourage me to visit their restaurant, I expect to receive 3x points. In this case I received fewer points that I should have. The receipt on my food purchases totaled $$ 44.34 which should have earned me either 44 or 45 points (multiplied by 3 would equal 132- 135 points. I in fact received 115 points. Of course you dont realize that until you finish eating and leave the restaurant. This is cheating and however this happened is something that you need to be aware of when you visit this restaurant. Its on Maryland Pkwy in Las Vegas. Buyer beware

My husband ordered steak nachos, and there were chips on the bottom, but very little cheese and steak were put on top. It would have been better to layer the cheese and steak.
