There should be a selection for "Ordered but never arrived"
Made an order at 2:30 AM. Finally get through calling at 4 AM to be told that it'd be there in 10 minutes. Its almost an hour later now and it hasn't shown up. Ya'll stole from me and then lied that my order was on it's way.
Don't order from Verdi, especially delivery. Its a toss up if it'll actually arrive.
