Having an anniversary dinner with my wife at Canaletto at the Venetian In Las Vegas. We started with a Cesar Salad and Calamari. The salad was fresh with a great cheesey dressing, the lettuce was crisp, tomatoes ripe, and included some nicely toasted bread and grated cheese. The calamari was nicely fried with a light crispy coating. For our entrees we had the RISOTTO BURLINA and the GRIGLIATA DI PESCE MISTO (seafood sampler). Incredible dinner experience in Vegas. Ideal spot for a dinner before a show at the Sphere. Patio seating is ideal. Service was top notch and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend making a resy if you’re having dinner as it can get pretty crowded. We were there for lunch and they were just getting a wave of a crowd in, the early risers.
We scoped out the premises as soon as we checked in so we knew exactly where all the spots were where we would be dining. This place was recommended by a friend who frequently eats here when she’s staying at the resort with her husband.
