There are plenty of vegan options here, and you can definitely get your protein in which is amazing. I’ve mostly eaten breakfast foods (burrito and tacos), but I’ve also tried the burger and it was also great. Definitely recommend this for a vegan breakfast on the strip, but you’ll definitely pay strip prices.
I will say this is a tricky place to find. The entrance is right by the Canyon Ranch Spa, so ask for directions to that.
