The food and quality was excellent!
We ordered the signature lobster dish with noodles, the fried flounder, walnut shrimp, sweet and sour soup, salt and pepper calamari, and ended with their complimentary dessert! I highly recommend coming here if you’re craving Chinese food, or southeast asian food. especially with a large group.

The food was super tasty. We went with the house special fried rice and the house special chow mein. The Thai style fish cake was okay. Plus, they gave us free dessert, which was awesome. I also got two orders of hot, fresh Chinese donuts that I ate even though I was pretty stuffed. It was so good.

We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. Food was fresh and tasty. We had the fried rice and orange peel chicken with eggrolls. The waitress was attentive. Restaurant is located on the second floor. Parking was free.

Food is all very good. I go here because I'm Cambodian/Chinese and workers speak both. Only gripe I have is when I go visit with my family, there's a smell of the super strong cleaning ammonia by the rest room area that speads through out the entire place. I get it they keep the place very clean an it's plus but get some ventilation to get that toxic smell out. Other than that this place got the best Chinese donuts from Vegas to California and good variety of Southeast Asian food to choose from.

Capital Seafood & Pho Vietnam is a fantastic spot whether you’re dining solo or enjoying a family meal. The restaurant offers a variety of Vietnamese dishes, and we especially love their Canh Chua Cá (Vietnamese hot and sour fish soup) and tôm rang muối (salt and pepper shrimp). The nghêu xào (clams stir-fried with mint and chili) is another standout dish. They also offer a great variety of Chinese food, making it perfect for everyone’s tastes. After dinner, they include a delicious dessert, which is a delightful way to end the meal. The owner and the servers provide excellent service, making every visit welcoming and enjoyable. Come check it out—you won’t be disappointed!
