Food was awesome but about 40 dollars more expensive than meals we had at sit down restaurants while in Vegas. Staff wasn’t very helpful and it feels like you’re in the food court at the mall when it was hopping. The food was awesome, just know ahead of time that it’s not a normal restaurant more of a food court option.
My wife got the tenderonies and truffle waffle fries. Amazing. The flavors were spot on and you could smell the truffle before you sat down. The hot honey for the tenders, was buttery and spicy. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and it was also cooked right. No undercooked meat, no overcooked meat or potatoes. Pricey? It's vegas and on the strip and in a hotel that is upscale, so duh. A drink the tenders and fries, 35. It's worth it.
Be ready to wait for your food. All they do is tell at each other and the customers. Even though they take your cell phone number to tell you it's ready, it's not. Wait, yell, wait yell, more yelling more waiting. Got text message finally, but guess what, food wasn't ready for another 5 mins

The Smoke Show burger here was by far the best burger I’ve had in Vegas and easily one of the greatest burger I’ve ever had anywhere. The Strawberry shake was as also very good and you could tell they use quality ingredients as well as the loaded truffle fries. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Food was excellent!! Service stunk. Heidi the cashier was on her phone, rolled her eyes when I asked to order and then huffed and more eye rolls while I was asking questions. Maybe hire someone who can be bothered to answer questions/take orders.

Had a smoke show and vanilla shake $30. Both were tasty service was fast. Was a bit hard to find. Bit too expensive given it being in a court and the burger not being out of this world.
Food was excellent and staff were well trained and focused.

We came here with our free dining credit and got sooooo many things off the menu! Highly recommend the truffle fries and the chicken tenders with Bleu cheese! There was lots of seating and the place was very clean! Food came out quickly despite being such a large order!
I was absolutely surprised by the flavor of the burgers here. Best burger I've had from trying a new restaurant in a while. Just be sure to order the regular fries instead of the truffle fries.

This review is for the gelato only. The pistachio gelato was very good, lots of pistachio nuts. Good portion size. Can get 2 flavors with single scoop.

I spent $15 on a burger and asked for a cup of water. I was refused and was told “we can’t give water, the water’s not good, it’s a health issue.” You’re telling me they’re allowed to run this restaurant without potable water? Either they’re lying or that’s disgusting
Edit: the burger was okay. Not worth $15. They don’t even have fountain soda which you would think would be standard at a burger joint. Spend your money elsewhere
