What insane reality is this hotel living in where they can’t even provide tap water at a food court after spending $35 for a fast food burger and fries? I was told to just buy a bottle for $8, like that’s normal or something. Sorry it’s not normal, and speaks volumes to the type of hospitality they’re really providing at this new resort. No wonder this hotel is losing millions and failing. So much for this resort being eco conscious, it’s just corporate green washing on full feckless display.

Never had a burger this good in my life and I'm a burger guy. Goodness gracious this was good. I'm only upset their only location is on the strip. If you guys move off the strip and into your own separate location. You'll be the busiest restaurant hands down!

I was really looking forward to trying this burger, but unfortunately it missed the mark for me. The whole thing was incredibly messy — it fell apart the moment I picked it up, which made it hard to actually enjoy. On top of that, I wasn’t a fan of the sauce; it was way too mustard-forward for my taste and ended up overpowering everything else.
What really surprised me was the price. I paid $47 for two burgers and a Coke Zero, which felt pretty steep considering the overall experience. Definitely not the value I was hoping for.
Wouldn’t go out of my way for this one again.

Had a burger here last night before Tears for Fears and it was really good. Definitely consider it more gourmet than Gordon Ramsay Burger where we visited earlier on in our trip. Okay, Capon’s is a little expensive for what it is, but it’s inside Fontainbleau so we expected it.

Expensive!!!! But everything I have tried here was delicious. My go to is the Capon’s classic with extra schmear and a side of onion rings with a strawberry shake. The hot honey glaze tenderonies are a must if you want chicken.

Order the classic burger and onion rings. All and all, it was just ok as burgers go. After fifteen minutes of waiting, the food was lukewarm. Not sure what the holdup was but lukewarm and under cooked burger is never good😵💫.

Profits over people. Smaller and thinner than a smash burger. Don’t bother making your buns in house if they are served days old and stale. Nice staff and for now, nice atmosphere given it’s a new hotel.

I had the pleasure of dining at what I now call the best burger spot in Vegas! Enjoyed the “Classic Burger”, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the truffle fries with an amazing truffle aioli and a huge, chocolate shake! The portions were plentiful and the service was excellent! I will definitely be back on my next visit to Vegas.

This isn't a sit down full service restaurant. You order at the register and wait for your number to be called. That is what we wanted for our large group. We ate here on a Saturday night. It took a very long time to get our order. 25 minutes+. Order was incorrect and it took a long time (10 minutes) for them to make it right. I am guessing they were short staffed but I am not interested in trying it again.
Update: I appreciate management reaching out to me and making the effort to make it right. I will try Capon's again in the future.
