This was our second time here and it was even better than the first. Both times we’ve dined at the bar, but tonight we had the pleasure of being served by the bartender Karen and she made the experience that much more wonderful. Her knowledge of the menu and food was impressive and she steered us in a great direction where we tried dishes we likely wouldn’t have and loved them all! KYU inside Fontainebleau is not to be missed for any foodie looking for something a little different than your average steakhouse. Everything we ordered was phenomenal (try the short rib) and the service was some of the best we had while visiting Vegas this time around. (Shout out to Cindy!) The atmosphere is very intimate too. Nice date night spot.
Definitely a go-to spot in Vegas! The service is impeccable, knowledgeable and truly makes the experience 5 star. The sauce with the cauliflower is delicious, the filet is so tender and flavorful (one of the best I’ve ever had) and I could eat one of the sweet potatoes every day. Finish with the coconut cake, you can’t leave without having it!
