Never had a burger this good in my life and I'm a burger guy. Goodness gracious this was good. I'm only upset their only location is on the strip. If you guys move off the strip and into your own separate location. You'll be the busiest restaurant hands down!
Had a burger here last night before Tears for Fears and it was really good. Definitely consider it more gourmet than Gordon Ramsay Burger where we visited earlier on in our trip. Okay, Capon’s is a little expensive for what it is, but it’s inside Fontainbleau so we expected it.

I tried a double smoke show and loaded fries. The fries were perfect, right amount of crispy exterior with soft interior, and the sauce/cheese combo was delicious.
The burger itself had awesome rich flavor, but it was messy, borderline soggy. I personally appreciate that texture in burgers (as opposed to dry bun), but I know it’s not for everyone.
