About Cafe Cuto

Cafe Cuto is a convenient coffee shop located on the second level of the Fountainbleu hotel in Vegas. It is a tiny cafe with quick savory bites and limited breakfast and sweet selections. The cafe has a full coffee bar and is geared to serve hotel guests visiting the gym or spa. The staff is hard-working and efficient, slamming orders efficiently. The coffee is fantastic, and the cafe is super convenient, located around the corner from the guest elevators. However, it has limited hours, so it's best to check before going. The cafe is really beautiful, and the food is great, although the sandwiches are a bit pricey. Cafe Cuto is about 20% pricier compared to a typical Starbucks, but the quality of the coffee and the kindness of the staff make up for it. The cafe has a small, French cafe charm and a warm atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy a peaceful start to their day by grabbing a seat outside with their coffee. Cafe Cuto serves a variety of drinks, including the Banana Nut Bread Latte, matcha latte, and dulce de leche latte, as well as snacks like empanadas and granola and oats. Overall, Cafe Cuto is a great place to visit for a pleasant experience, with top-notch ambience and service.

Coffee and pastries shop, 2nd floor. From the guest elevators, go to floor 2 and it will be on the left side.
Not up to the hype. Chocolate cupcake was very overpowering with dark chocolate. Tiny and overpriced. Matcha drink was good (iced), Dubai chocolate latte was just ok (very light in taste). Long line to order, long wait for drinks and even longer wait for the food (which I did not understand since two of my sandwiches were cold). Salmon sandwich had too much cream cheese make it overpowering. Prosciutto sandwich had too much mayo making it a bit to much to taste
Every stay at Fontainebleau requires daily lattes at Cafe Cuto! I look so forward to them every trip, became my morning tradition. And of course the lox mini baguette is essential
