I witnessed the absolute most abhorrent treatment of your employee Crystal by a very large feml (W) as well as the General Manager. To give a synopsis, I stood at the register area for about 3 minutes prior to Crystal having to stop what she was doing just to assist me. This is because the larger female described above looked at me and completely ignored me. I asked for a side order of the spicy pepper relish, and Crystal turned to her co-worker to ask how to charge for the request. The larger woman literally rolled her eyes in front of her and said, "I'm not going to answer that question. Ask someone else. Crystal looked positively dejected and walked to the back to speak with the manager (still in eye view). Crystal repeatedly tried to get her attention (she was dealing with bread), and the manager said, "What?!" in an exasperated voice. I then heard the manager ask, "What size does she want?." and Crystal responded. When Crystal came back and asked me, I told her the small container and also inquired on whether this specific location was a franchise or reported to corporate. She went and got the manager, who attempted to give me an attitude until I asked the specific question directly to her. She then advised me that "He (owner) does not handle any customer complaints, I do." She never inquired about what the issue was. Well, thankfully, this survey printed on the receipt. I will absolutely be posting this on Google.

In today’s time I understand that businesses are under staffed but when your order is made wrong and you have to return once you’ve gone home you would think they would offer more than just sorry. Free chips, drink or cookie. No you get sorry then hear what I assume is a manager saying to the staff what’s with all the orders being made wrong. Truly sad especially when I love capriottis.

Didn't care for the attitude of the cashier Rae' nor was it ok that the restaurant was being prepped to close an hour and a half early presenting a messy environment... boxes on the cutting table... Management needs to address the stated issues.

This was my second delivery order from this location. The first was outstanding. This one was not. Ordered the same, a cheese steak but I received was a steak sandwich. More bread than steak was dry with small chunks of hard meat! Little or no cheese or onions! And 3/4 container of coleslaw. I tossed away the sandwich. Very disappointed! This order was SUB-PAR, using the term in your TV commercial!

Went to the Capriottis on West Craig and had one negative experience in a long time. I ordered two sandwiches, a Homestyle Turkey and a Tuna sandwich. The turkey was done perfectly (Only lettuce and turkey with gravy and cranberries). The Tuna was different. I explained to her that I only wanted lettuce and pickles. Not just once, but three times. She read out that only lettuce and pickles and I said yes. When I got home my sandwich had lettuce, pickles, mayo, cheese, and black pepper. I can not have dairy products. I was not happy. A wasted sandwich. I will be going to a different Capriottis in North Las Vegas.

Got the turkey sub. It had large add pieces of bone inside, I almost broke my tooth. Sandwich was not good. My relatives got the campastrami it was so salty.

Terrible service. No A/C and dirty. The food was somewhat decent but not good. Staff is rude and not trustworthy. I overheard the worker conversations about not having any sort of food workers card, unexceptional. Bad environment.

I came in to order the same sandwich I have ordered many times. The girl at the counter had a problem and then called another employee to help. Then I was told I was ordering my sandwich wrong. Alls I wanted was a sandwich I order every time. Never have I been talked to like this before ! I left and didn't not order it . I will never come back here again
