Didn't care for the attitude of the cashier Rae' nor was it ok that the restaurant was being prepped to close an hour and a half early presenting a messy environment... boxes on the cutting table... Management needs to address the stated issues.
Went to the Capriottis on West Craig and had one negative experience in a long time. I ordered two sandwiches, a Homestyle Turkey and a Tuna sandwich. The turkey was done perfectly (Only lettuce and turkey with gravy and cranberries). The Tuna was different. I explained to her that I only wanted lettuce and pickles. Not just once, but three times. In today’s time I understand that businesses are under staffed but when your order is made wrong and you have to return once you’ve gone home you would think they would offer more than just sorry. Free chips, drink or cookie. No you get sorry then hear what I assume is a manager saying to the staff what’s with all the orders being made wrong. Truly sad especially when I love capriottis.
