Excellent sandwich shop to bring in the new year with my beautiful wife. We’re here enjoying two fantastic great new sandwiches just to experience the new cheesesteak BLT.

As I sit here and eat, I’m so appreciative to have my beautiful wife and her hair glistening in the sun.

We were impressed with the DoorDash order, so we decided to visit one of the branches, and unfortunately, it made us not so keen to come back. Although the sandwiches were great, but one of the employees, the young guy with blonde hair was quite rude.

It was my first time looking at the menu, and my husband have their sandwiches before, so I was taking a second from aside. The branch was empty as it was at an evening hour on a Sunday, and the employee was giving irritated vibe. Not to mention, he was the only one at the till without greeting any of the customers.

As there are different sizes of the sandwiches, we asked how long of a size small would be, and the same employee was annoyed at us for asking a simple question, and spoke so quietly and quickly that we had to ask if he could repeat.

I understand fast food place doesn't have the most respectful mannerism, but come on. Capriotti's need to better at teaching their employees. We are probably going to visit other branches to see how it is, but will not be coming back here for sure.

Gentlemen out of uniform looked like he was not in a good mood didn’t seem approachable very short and not happy about it made me almost walk out and not order

The food was great. The staff was patient as it was my first time eating here. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich (toasted) was delicious. The restaurant was a little dark for my taste I couldn’t tell if they were open upon approaching the front door.

Used to be awesome when the first only one exsisted. Mediocre now. Lame. Not fresh.

Ordered 3 sandwiches got home there was only 1 layer of meat with hardly any cheese, paying almost $40 for them I called to complain, he told that was a corporate rule , I will never go back to the location on azure ………

When you walk in with a smile and the guy taking your order makes you walk out with the frown. Never coming back If you aren't happy to see happy customers, work somewhere else.

I love this place, but I came at 6:45 to get a sandwich on the way home from a long day and they are closed?! The arent supposed to close until 7! I may not come back here... really upset. The people behind the counter should have taken my order.

The workers are nice, but can be quiet and take a while, and I normally go in being the only person there. The food is normally pretty good! But the salads are frozen and gross. On the board it says "fresh" and I understand that I can't trust the board all the time, but the salad is so frozen that the chicken in it is absolutely disgusting. I wasted so much money since I didn't know the salad would be frozen. Otherwise the sandwiches were awesome.

They never ever ever put cheese on my sandwich and I am sick and tired of it because if I am paying what I pay I better be getting my cheese. I am not driving back wasting my gas when I have to leave work for my lunch break.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak, explained I couldn't handle many onions and peppers due to dodgy tummy. They added just enough to make it tasty. Will come back again soon.

I come up here usually once a week to buy the bobbie. Service is usually excellent and fast and the food is always good. Its a Sunday night and I came by a little later than usual but still 40min before they closed. The young man told me as soon as I walked in they were out of rolls. I didnt realize that meant buns and asked if he could still make the bobbie. He responded sarcastically by saying "all our sandwiches use rolls" while rolling his eyes and looking at me with an attitude. That was unbelievably unprofessional and I wont be coming to this location anymore. I dont even mind that you're out of buns but talking to me in a condescending way like that is unacceptable. It was the guy cleaning the counter on the night of 10/20/2024 at roughly 6:20pm.
