The taste of the food is great, the only complaint is about the bread, which is always saggy and not crunchy at all. This is a common complaint also from friends and family members.

I am from Niagara Falls, N.Y. and you wouldn't know it but they make some of the best cheesesteak subs in the world. Anyways, when I moved here in 1997 the one place you could always count on to make a great cheesesteak sub in Las Vegas was the original Capriotti's on Sahara by the Las Vegas Strip. These days, I order Cap's every once in a while to see if they have gone back to their roots making Las Vegas' best cheesesteak sub and they are always good but...

Depends on the location you go to and the employees on shift. One day can be a fantastic experience, while the next is terrible. It’s really on and off, often times my order is wrong too. Good luck.
