Bagels are good, but the service can be hit or miss. I have been there at 8am and been helped quickly, and I have been there at 10am on Sunday when it was crazy packed and the staff forgot to make my order, and then after I mentioned it they made my order incorrectly. It took 45 minutes to get a basic bagel and cream cheese. Just know if you see a line, odds are good you will wait a while, or have your order not fulfilled, or fulfilled incorrectly.
What a cool place, really great bagel selection, and cream cheese. Place was busy but the employees were friendly and fast. The triple decker breakfast sandwich was out of this world, I got mine on a bacon cheddar bagel, and for dessert I got a Cocoa Puffs bagel with cannoli cream cheese. Will definitely be back to this place.
