Dinner for four on a weeknight, we decided on sandwiches. Two of us eat a plant-based diet, so we ruled out the following alternatives for their lack of veg* options: Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's, and Port of Subs. We chose Capriotti's instead because they have a vegetarian menu with four options. Three of these can be made vegan by requesting no cheese or mayo. My go-to is Vegetarian Turkey with no cheese. This was first time at this Capriotti's location. I walked in and was immediately greeted upon entrance. There is no line so I made my way right up to the front.
