This is hands down the best location I've been to of Capriotti's! Manager-Jeremiah and Haneef are awesome each and every time. They always greet you when you walk in and their attention to detail is unmatched. If you are staying around the Las Vegas Strip, please visit this location--you won't regret it!

The girl in the front wiped the sandwich cutter off using the edge of the trash can. The lady in the back cooking pulled her to the back and said something to her. Every other time, it's been clean, and the sandwiches were very good. This is why I'm only giving 1 star.

I went to the location on Cheyenne and Rampart on 10/19. The guy behind the counter didn't acknowledge me. Instead he continued his conversation with the guy standing at the table. Once they concluded their conversation. Without so much as a hello. He finally took my order. Before the transaction was completed. Another guy walked in behind me. He was greeted with a hello, I'll be with you in a moment. I felt ignored and invisible. As if I was nobody. My order was wrong on top of everything. But I should be used to it. After all, I'm a black woman. I will NEVER go back. But I'm proud of myself. I behaved like the Lady I am. But I can't shake this off. Just sad.

I got duped so hard on doordash. never again. avoid unless you are truly desperate. Note to self: ALWAYs check yelp before ordering on doordash as doordash is super inflated with positive reviews for any restaurant

Husband got the Bobbie medium sized sandwich (real turkey meat, Cranberry sauce and stuffing) and I got the full size BBQ chicken salad without the BBQ sauce with chipotle ranch dressing on the size. Worth every penny, portion sizes were huge and we could’ve have been more happy. Thankful our Uber driver recommended this place!!

This place had amazing sandwiches, and the customer service was great too! My kiddo made a huge mess (on accident), and they were so friendly and helpful. I was so embarrassed, and it was so nice not to feel completely judged in our situation.Kid-friendliness: Thay are very kid friendly. The only downfall was no changing tables in the bathroom.

This place is amazing we ordered 3 large bobbies and some chicken noodle soup we are taking them home. the capriotti's we had in San Diego closed we were so excited to see one in Vegas for aur stay. The staff in there were awesome. Professional courteous happy we were treated great thank you for the great meal.
