It’s alright… ordered a Philly cheese and got a whole lot of bread instead of meat and cheese. Also asked for extra meat and cheese and got less than regular amount.

Love this sandwich shop and the older lady is always so nice. Weirder online and pickup at the drive up window in less than 10 minutes, so fast

I'm glad this location has late dining hours to go with their vegan options. I like to get the Veggie Turkey with no cheese and no mayo. The girl taking my offered several condiments in lieu of the subtracted items: mustard, or oil and balsamic vinegar. I opted for just the balsamic vinegar. Service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is casual, being that it is in the casino food court.

Poor quality sub. Imagine a pre-made sandwich from safeway or Kroger with half as much meat and cheese that cost 3 times more.

Loves Capriottis, first time ordering in a Casino. Kyle was excellent at greeting me and taking care of my needs. It is wonderful finding amazing people in the service world.

First visit… I had the original cheesesteak sandwich. Although a bit pricey compared to other sandwich places, the sandwich was very good and I’m interested to try other sandwiches. However, this location is very dirty and gross. If the eating area is that dirty, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is.

After spending 10 yrs of my life in Philly, I began to really crave a cheesesteak. I tried most of the (lousy) places people recommended on social media and elsewhere but found it all to be garbage. Thankfully I finally tried Capriotti's - the best cheesesteak outside of Philly by a mile. Always get mine with hot & sweet peppers & onions. Steer WAY clear of the Bobby though - worst sandwich I've ever had. Why would anybody even order that???

Waited two minutes to order with a guy cleaning the grill who clearly saw me. I'm looking at the menu and the other guy working takes someone else's order who just walked up. There's many choices at red rock to eat at and it's no wonder they are never busy. With a "I could care less" attitude, I can see why.

Andrew helped me out over the phone, sorted out my issues with my order and even hooked me up when the totals were off. This capriottis might be in Red Rock, but it's employees definitely care about their customers :)Thanks Andrew! Hope you get a raise bro!Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are great

You need The Bobbie in your life. I can't comment on the physical location because I've only gotten delivery, but I've ordered this sandwich twice in a week. Second time, I was smart and ordered the 18" so I'd have leftovers! REAL carved turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce on insanely fresh super soft bread? I mean, c'mon. It's the leftover Thanksgiving sandwich your mom always made. Husband and MIL both got cold cut sandwiches, which both looked really really tasty. This is definitely going to be a new crave spot for me.

I'm extremely upset that the Pahrump location is permanently closed

The husband and I decided to have a lazy start to the day and wanted to grab food to bring back in our hotel room. While my husband decided on something else, I was craving a sandwich and opted for Capriotti's.This was my first time trying out Capriotti's and frankly, it was subpar. I ordered the Capastrami Sandwich and the bread to filling ratio wasn't the best. Additionally, there was way too much coleslaw and dressing in my sandwich, making it hard to enjoy it. Staff and service was friendly. However, sorry to say the food was poor and would not return.

Well, we were looking for a quick breakfast before heading out to start our day. There weren't many good options in the food court at that hour, except a "double the price Starbucks" or this place for breakfast. I wanted to try something new and not overpay for it, so I gave them a shot. The service was fine, but I was super disappointed with the food. I was expecting a decent sized breakfast sandwich with flavor that would fill my belly after a night of drinking. That's not what I got. Instead, I got a half-sized pastrami sandwich with baguette bread. But not only was it small, everything inside it was mush. I literally tried to see the different ingredients, but I couldn't even distinguish the meat from the cheese. It was like they put it all in a blender and slopped it into the bread. I couldn't taste anything except the cheese. I felt like I was eating a cheese slop sandwich. Not good. The hash browns were only cooked well on one side. The bottled orange juice tasted like bottled orange juice. Meh. And for the price, I expected more. I won't be back.
