Waiting 30 minutes for one sandwich is diabolical.

I went there for the first time Monday, and they have the best sandwiches, I'll be passing up other sandwich shops to get to Capriotti Sandwiches

This is the 2nd time I found a bone in the turkey that they use in the Bobbi. I still love the sandwich, but I'm found of my teeth as well. For $17, that sandwich should have been more than perfect. Please do better. Thanks.

Ordered take out, the capastrami & Bobbie. Talk about shrinkflation. There was barely anything in the sandwiched just a load of bread. Disappointed and will not be coming back.

Usually I love this place. My wife and I will order a capastrami and a Bobbie then split them. That’s what we did today. I took half of each to work for dinner. While eating the Bobbie I bit into a chunk of bone. Hurt a bit but luckily I didn’t chip a tooth. I sent my wife a pic and a warning to be careful eating the Bobbie. She had already bitten into a small piece of bone as well. In my opinion this is completely unacceptable. How do you allow chunks of bone to end up in people’s sandwiches? There has to be better quality control. Very disappointed with a place I used to love. In case it doesn’t specify, this location is at 8090 Blue Diamond rd.
