Usually I love this place. My wife and I will order a capastrami and a Bobbie then split them. That’s what we did today. I took half of each to work for dinner. While eating the Bobbie I bit into a chunk of bone. Hurt a bit but luckily I didn’t chip a tooth. I sent my wife a pic and a warning to be careful eating the Bobbie. She had already bitten into a small piece of bone as well. In my opinion this is completely unacceptable. How do you allow chunks of bone to end up in people’s sandwiches? There has to be better quality control. Very disappointed with a place I used to love. In case it doesn’t specify, this location is at 8090 Blue Diamond rd.

An Overpriced Culinary MirageIf you’re expecting a gastronomic journey to the heart of Italy with each bite, prepare to be sorely disappointed. Capriottis might as well claim to import their meats from the moon for the astronomical prices they charge.I half expected a procession of Italian nonnas to emerge from the kitchen, hand-slaughtering each animal and blessing the dough before baking it into bread. Alas, what I got was a lackluster sandwich that left me wondering if I’d been robbed blind by a culinary illusionist.Forget about inflation; this place operates in its own dimension of economic absurdity. Save your wallet and your taste buds the disappointment and opt for a brown bag lunch instead. At least then you won’t feel like you’re paying for the privilege of being bamboozled.

I’m a regular and I ordered a few sandwiches yesterday and today I opened up the last sandwich which was the Bobby. I was shocked that the cranberry sauce was completely all over the outside the sandwich and there was stuffing on the outside wrapping. It’s looks like a child did it.

Disappointed upon entering the first thing you smell is the bathroom and I went to bathroom to wash my hands yes it has a terrible smell, I ordered the Wagyu cheesesteak sandwich the bun was soft and fresh definitely better bun than Jersey Mikes loaded with beef but it left a strange aftertaste not sure what it was but this was my first visit to a Capriotti's and my last

Clean and convenient location. Friendly staff welcomes customers as they enter (thanks them as they leave). Subs are super fresh and quite filling also lots of soups, salads and snacks. My first visit to a Capriotti's shop as I am new to the area.
This is the third time I have been to this place and the customer service is terrible.I ordered a cheese steak sandwich and everything was poorly done, only a few pieces of meat, it didn't have vegetables and I ordered it with everything.I will not buy from this place again

My sandwich was dry. Maybe that's my fault for not asking what condiments come on the sandwich. But after going up and asking for a splash of oil and vinegar they proceed to tell me that is not standard yet another person behind the counter said we put a little on the bread. My husband's sandwich was also dry. The bread and contents were good but it's hard to consume when it's really dry. I also want to add that there women's restroom was utterly disgusting. The toilet had stuff growing in it. Trash was brimming and disgusting and the sink looked like someone regurgitated in it. I will not be visiting this establishment again. I was kind to leave the sandwich makers a 15% tip. After all they are not the managers.

My family and I love Capriottis's! But after spending $70 yesterday and dealing with the rain, I did not expect to pay for sandwiches that was made incorrectly We ordered a large American saw bee Jo and a large capristrami with slaw on side..another sandwhich and chips.Came home to find the 2 LARGE Sammie's flipped around.. last night I was looking forward to my sandwich but by then I had lost my entire appetite.. let alone having to spend $70.At least get my sandwich orders correct

Inside decor is consistent with other Capriotti's locations. However the sandwiches here taste fresher than some of the other locations so I actually drive slightly further just to visit this one. Parking can be a challenge on busy days since it's in a location with a lot of other businesses; weekends especially.
